Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in good standing with the Board.
• Two years' experience in long-term care preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to follow all Federal, State and Local rules, regulations, and guidelines.
• Strong command of the English language, sufficient to read and write.

• Administers medications, changes wound dressings and other treatments.
• Reads and interprets patient information to make treatment decisions.
• Consults with supervisors and doctors to decide on best treatment plan.
• Researches ways to improve healthcare processes and patient outcomes.
• Performs duties consistent with the position as assigned.
