Fairmont of Westlake in Westlake, OH is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise day-to-day activities of CNAs under RN supervision. The role emphasizes compassionate, resident-centered care in a Montessori-Inspired Living community.

Applicants should be licensed in Ohio, 18+ years old, with strong reading/writing skills, and a positive attitude toward the elderly.

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse in good standing and licensed by the State.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must show ability to read and write in a legible and understandable manner.
• Must speak and understand English.
• Previous experience in a nursing capacity desirable.
• Knowledge of nursing practices and long-term care regulations desirable.
• Positive attitude toward the elderly.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of CNAs in accordance with standards and as directed by the RN, Director of Nursing Services and Administration.
