Jaybird Senior Living is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for casual shifts to care for residents under the Health Care Coordinator's supervision. You will administer medications, monitor health, and ensure safety and comfort per state regulations and policies.

You will work in a multidisciplinary team, document accurately in EHR, assist with daily living activities, collect samples, and support staff. Competitive pay, benefits, and flexible hours are offered to qualified candidates.

Qualifikationen

• Must be a LPN in good standing with the state.
• Minimum six months caregiving experience, preferably with elderly residents.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and handle sensitive situations.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility.

Aufgaben

• Administer medications and treatments; document accurately in EHR.
• Take vital signs and monitor resident condition.
• Assist with resident assessments, nursing calls, and incident reporting.
• Provide personal care: bathing, dressing, feeding, walking, transferring, and other daily living activities.
• Collect lab samples and follow up on results with residents, families, and physicians.
• Prepare and check food trays per prescribed diets.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in resident rooms; respond to resident calls.
• Support and train staff as directed by HCC.
• Comply with HIPAA, company policies, and federal/state regulations.
