Springpoint Senior Living, Inc. is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our on-site team at Village Point, Monroe Twp., NJ.

The LPN will deliver direct nursing care, supervise CNAs/CHHAs, administer medications, and participate in rounds with physicians or nurse practitioners. Qualifications

• Must possess a current and valid NJ LPN license.
• LTC/rehabilitation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents.
• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities performed by CNAs and CHHAs.
• Provide medications and treatments to residents.
• Assist with physician rounds and rounds on the unit.
• Notify physicians of changes in residents’ conditions.
• Respond to emergency calls throughout the community.
• Maintain resident privacy, confidentiality and dignity.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely.
