Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited LPN program and state licensure.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with health records.
• Knowledge of safety policies including HIPAA and infection control.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents within the LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered; document care.
• Coordinate care with other departments and shift staff from admission to discharge.
• Monitor residents and report changes promptly to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
