Job summary

Batavia Rehab and Healthcare Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver high‑quality resident care on assigned shifts, mentor staff, and coordinate with physicians to ensure compliant nursing practices that support positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in the state of practice.
• Prior LTC/SNF/AL/MC experience is preferred.
• Passion for working with seniors.

• Oversee resident care during shift, assign staff, mentor nursing personnel, and collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals.
