Responsibilities

• Document accurately in MAR/TAR in real time.
• Monitor symptoms and respond to adverse reactions or refusals.
• Transcribe physician orders and support care plan updates.
• Observe resident health changes and report promptly.
• Maintain medication carts and ensure regulatory compliance.
