Good Samaritan Woodland in Brainerd, MN is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide professional nursing care for residents in our long‑term care and transitional care facility. You will work under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician, administer medications, monitor residents, and contribute to care plans in a Christian, not‑for‑profit environment with over a century of service.

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program and hold an active LPN license.
• Current license with state nursing board required; RN supervision as applicable.
• Experience in long‑term care or skilled nursing settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for residents in long‑term care.
• Administer medications or treatments as ordered and monitor responses.
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians and the care team to individualize care.
• Document resident interactions and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
