Prisma Health in Columbia, SC is seeking aLicensed Practical Nurse to provide nursing care under supervision. The role involves collecting data, administering medications, and collaborating with the care team to plan and deliver care. The LPN scope does not include comprehensive assessments, which remain with the RN.

Bonus eligible per program details. Qualifications include graduation from an accredited practical nursing program and at least 1 year of experience with frail or elderly patients.

Qualificações

• Graduates of accredited practical nursing programs.
• 1 year of experience with frail or elderly population.
• Current LPN license and BLS certification.
• LPN with multistate/compact license recognized by National Council of State Boards of Nursing.

Responsabilidades

• Implements nursing interventions and tasks.
• Collaborates with healthcare team in planning and delivering care.
• Collects health data to assist in care planning.
• Administers medications and treatments as prescribed by licensed personnel.
• Delegates nursing tasks to qualified others.
• Performs nail care and basic patient hygiene.
• Performs additional nursing duties per Prisma Health policy.
