Job summary

Avita Health System seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the Pain Management Department across Galion, Bucyrus, and Ontario locations. You will assist surgeons, ensure the operating suite readiness, and participate in clinic-based care when not in procedures.

Position Overview

Assists surgeon during operative and invasive procedures. Ensures operating suite is adequately prepared for procedure. Monitor PAR level of all surgical instruments and supplies. Work in the clinic setting when not in procedures. Participates in departmental staff meetings and performance improvement activities.

Qualifications

Required:

• BLS certification or obtained within thirty (30) days of hire.
• Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Preferred:

• One (1) year of work experience in the Operating Room.
