Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered active LPN license in NJ.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to care for and manage multiple patients in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in accordance with nursing standards and the care plan.
• Implement individualized care plans developed by the nursing team.
• Administer medications and treatments per plan of care.
• Monitor patients' conditions and report changes as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation in line with regulations.
• Support a safe and therapeutic environment for residents.
