Job summary

Family Health Medical Services, PLLC in Jamestown NY is seeking a caring LPN to support providers and ensure a smooth patient experience. You will take vital signs, prepare exam rooms, assist with procedures, and help maintain a clean clinical environment.

The Rooming Nurse will work full-time, 38-40 hours weekly, non-exempt, on site. Compensation ranges from $19.00 to $23.00 per hour, with full benefits and a focus on patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• New York State Practical Nursing Licensure required.
• CPR training required.
• Six months to a year of experience preferred.
• Nursing degree required.

Responsibilities

• Obtain vital signs and perform medication reconciliation during rooming.
• Report patient health needs to provider.
• Use disease management tools to assist with orders and vaccines.
• Perform medical procedures and assist providers.
• Return patient calls and manage questions/results in messaging.
• Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records.
• Enter patient information in electronic chart system.
• Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Maintain OSHA and HIPAA compliance.
• Participate in team meetings and provide backup if needed.
