Job summary

Rosewood Rehab & Healthcare center in Missouri is seeking an LPN to join our clinical team. You will provide personalized care for residents, support activities of daily living, and help maintain a safe, engaging environment for seniors.

You must hold an active LPN license in Missouri, be vaccinated for COVID-19 (or willing to), and have a high school diploma or equivalent. This is a 12-hour shift role with opportunities for overtime and same-day pay options.

Qualifications

• Current license as an LPN in Missouri.
• COVID-19 vaccination or willingness to get it.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, personalized care to support seniors in ADLs.
• Encourage residents to socialize to keep spirits healthy.
• Create a safe environment where residents thrive.
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Collect, track and maintain patient history; record new data.
• Take vitals (BP, HR, temp, etc.) and report to RN/physician.

Shift Type: 12-hour

You’ll be great on our LPN/RN team because you have:

• Current license as aLPN - Licensed Practical Nurse or RN - Registered Nurse in the state of Missouri.
• Vaccination against COVID-19 (or a willingness to get it)
• High school diploma or equivalent

Duties and Responsibilities for LPNLicensed Practical Nurse:

• Provide exceptional, personalized care to support seniors in their activities of daily living.
• You encourage residents to socialize and engage with each other to keep their spirits healthy.
• You create a safe environment where residents can thrive.
• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Collect, track, and maintain patient history; record any new data
• Take vitals, including blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, etc.
• Take instruction from and report updates to registered nurse/overseeing physician
