Edgewood Manor Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center_ in Port Clinton, Ohio, seeks LPNs or RNs for a Weekend Warrior role, offering a consistent weekend schedule and competitive compensation. You will deliver direct nursing care, administer medications, and coordinate with a supportive team to ensure high-quality resident care on weekends.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio LPN or RN license in good standing.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Dependable and committed to the Weekend Warrior schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care per physician orders and residents' plans of care.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Complete nursing assessments and documentation.
• Monitor residents and promptly communicate changes in condition.
• Supervise and support STNAs and other nursing team members.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and changes in resident condition.
• Follow facility policies and applicable state and federal regulations.
• Help create a positive, respectful environment for residents, families, and coworkers.

What You’ll Do

As an LPN/RN Weekend Warrior, you will provide direct nursing care and help ensure our residents receive exceptional clinical support throughout the weekend. Responsibilities may include:
