Edgewood Manor Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center in Port Clinton, Ohio is seeking an LPN or RN Weekend Warrior to provide direct weekend nursing care and support residents' well-being.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio LPN or RN license in good standing.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and plans of care.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Complete nursing assessments and documentation.
• Monitor residents and communicate changes in condition.
• Supervise and support STNAs and other nursing team members.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and changes in resident condition.
• Follow facility policies and applicable state and federal regulations.
• Help create a positive, respectful environment for residents, families, and coworkers.

What You’ll Do

As an LPN/RN Weekend Warrior, you will provide direct nursing care and help ensure our residents receive exceptional clinical support throughout the weekend. Responsibilities may include:
