Solaris HealthCare Zephyrhills in Zephyrhills, FL is seeking an RN/LPN Supervisor to lead weekend clinical staff, ensure quality patient care, compliance, and efficient teamwork.

You will supervise nursing staff, ensure safety, manage scheduling, and uphold resident rights while maintaining strong communication with families and colleagues. Eligibility includes an active RN or LPN license and prior supervisory healthcare experience.

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license.
• Prior supervisory experience in healthcare.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
