Solaris HealthCare Lake Zephyr is seeking an experienced LPN Supervisor to oversee weekend clinical staff and ensure high-quality patient care. This role emphasizes compliance with healthcare regulations, efficient teamwork, and proactive rounds to maintain safety.

The ideal candidate holds a current LPN license, demonstrates prior supervisory healthcare experience, and brings strong leadership and communication skills to support residents and families in a compassionate, resident‑centered

Position Summary: The LPN Supervisor is responsible for managing clinical staff and operations during weekend shifts, ensuring quality patient care, compliance, and efficient teamwork.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Address and resolve patient and family concerns.
• Conduct patient rounds to monitor care and safety.
• Manage staffing levels and adjust as necessary.

Requirements:

• Current LPN license.
• Prior supervisory experience in healthcare.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
