Solaris HealthCare Waterman is seeking an experienced LPN Supervisor to lead weekend nursing staff, ensure quality patient care, and uphold regulatory compliance. The role focuses on efficient teamwork and maintaining high safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is an LPN licensed in Florida with leadership experience, excellent communication, and the ability to address patient and family concerns while prioritizing compassionate care.

Competenze

• LPN license in good standing
• Experience supervising nursing staff preferred
• Weekend shift availability required
• Florida AHCA Clearinghouse background screening must be cleared
