Aaron Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a LPN/RN Unit Supervisor to lead the skilled nursing unit, develop care plans, and guide a team of LPNs and CNAs to ensure high-quality resident care.

The role requires NYS licensure as LPN or RN and offers full-time hours, 8:00–4:30pm, with a sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits in Fairport, NY.

Qualifications

• Current New York State LPN or RN license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the skilled nursing unit and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop and implement care plans for residents and patients.
• Supervise a team of LPNs and CNAs, providing guidance and mentorship as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including staffing patterns and resident data.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical meetings.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care coordination.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control guidelines.

As a Unit Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our skilled nursing unit, ensuring the highest level of care is provided to our residents and patients. Your expertise will be crucial in developing and implementing effective care plans, supervising a team of LPNs and CNAs, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
