Manchester Rehab & Healthcare is seeking an RN supervisor to lead our clinical team and ensure high-quality resident care in Missouri. We are an active, dedicated facility that values teamwork and strong leadership.

You will coordinate shifts, supervise CNAs, administer medications, and participate in care planning. Shifts are available across all hours; join a supportive, growing team dedicated to excellent patient care.

Qualifications

• Current Missouri RN license.
• RN supervisor experience preferred.
• Shifts: all shifts available.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise shifts for nursing staff.
• Provide nursing care to residents as assigned.
• Administer and record medications and treatments.
• Assess residents through physical examinations and pertinent diagnostics.
• Participate in care planning and supervise CNAs.
• Document assessments and care per policy and standards.
• Complete required forms and maintain regulatory compliance.

You’ll be great on our RN team because you have:

• A current Missouri state RN/Registered Nurse license.
• RN shift Supervisor Experience – Preferred.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Coordinate & Supervise shifts
• Provides nursing care to patients as assigned.
• Administers and records medications and treatments as assigned.
• Assesses residents by physical examination, including pertinent diagnostic testing to determine health status.
• Administers medications and treatments.
• Participates in the care planning process.
• Supervises certified nursing assistants.
• Documents assessments and care in compliance with standards of care and company policy.
• Completes required forms and documents in accordance with company policy and state and/or federal regulations.
