Job summary

The Briarwood Community in Worcester, MA is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the 3-11pm shift in our skilled nursing team. You will provide compassionate, resident-centered care and support daily living activities in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts CNA certification in good standing.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with residents, families, nurses, and care team members.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred but not required.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Support residents with breakfast, meals, and morning routines.
• Provide compassionate, respectful, person-centered care.
• Monitor resident health and promptly report changes to nursing staff.
• Maintain a safe, clean, comfortable environment.
• Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and team members.
• Document care and services in accordance with facility policies.
• Support residents’ physical, social, and emotional well-being.
