Maxim Healthcare in Lexington Park, MD is seeking a dedicated LPN or RN to work one on one with a student in the school setting. The role provides skilled nursing care for students with medical needs such as trach, vent, G-tube feeds, seizure monitoring and diabetic care.

The position offers competitive hourly pay of $36–$38 per hour, weekly paychecks, and a benefits package including health, dental, vision, HSA, 401(k), PT O, and other programs.

Formación

• Caring for students with medical needs (trach, vent, G-tube feeds, seizures).
• Experience with pediatric nursing and school-based care is desirable.
• Comfort with handling medical equipment and emergency situations.
• One year of experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide nursing care for student(s) with medical needs in the school setting.
• Ensure safety and monitoring during school hours and activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for student(s) with medical needs (Trach, vent, G-tube Feedings, seizure monitoring with rescue medications, personal care, Diabetic care, etc.),
• May ride the bus to and from school with patient

Requirements:

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/Registered Nurse (RN) licensures in the state in which the nurse practices in
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior experience preferred.
