Job summary

Ro Health is seeking a licensed LPN or RN to work in a school setting in Kent, WA, with a schedule of Monday–Friday, 8am–3pm. The RN role pays $40–$45/hr and LVN $34–$38/hr, with benefits and PTO. This is a per-diem friendly, in-person position supporting students with chronic health needs and coordinating with families and school staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage the care of students with chronic health conditions by coordinating with healthcare providers, teachers, and parents.
• Monitor and manage immunization records to ensure compliance with state regulations.
• Provide first aid and emergency care for injuries or sudden illnesses.
• Develop and implement emergency response plans and drills.
• Maintain accurate and confidential health records.
• Communicate with parents regarding their child's health status, concerns, and recommended follow-up care.

Overview:

• In-person
• Schedule : M-F 8am-3pm (school hours)
• Compensation:
  • LVN - $34-38/hr
  • RN - $40-45/hr

Responsibilities:

• Manage the care of students with chronic health conditions (e.g., asthma, diabetes) by coordinating with healthcare providers, teachers, and parents.
• Monitor and manage immunization records to ensure compliance with state regulations
• Provide first aid and emergency care for injuries or sudden illnesses
• Develop and implement emergency response plans and drills.
• Maintain accurate and confidential health records
• Communicate with parents regarding their child's health status, concerns, and recommended follow-up care
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time
• Potential need to frequently bend, crouch, and lift (up to 40 pounds)
