Job description

Residential Nursing – Part Time

People, Incorporated is a human service agency serving the Southcoast community, including the Greater Fall River, New Bedford, and Taunton areas. Our Residential Program is looking for compassionate LPN and RN professionals to work with medically involved individuals in a 24‑hour supported home environment located in Fall River and surrounding communities. The LPN will provide premier services to the individuals in our care.

Pay & Schedule

• LPN Part/Full Time: $36.50 / Hourly
• LPN Per Diem: $32.00 / Hourly
• RN Part/Full Time: $43.50 / Hourly
• RN Per Diem: $40.00 / Hourly
• LPN Weekend Warrior: $42.25
• Schedule for Weekend Warrior: Saturday, Sunday 12pm‑7pm
• Low nurse-to-individual ratio: 5 individuals per house; No weekends; 4 weeks of AT time

Responsibilities

• Provide a structured routine including house meetings, individual outings, meal preparation, ADL care, facilitate family visitations, and distribute medication while maintaining human rights at all times.
• Implement Positive Behavior Support and Individual programs as identified in Individual Service Plans.
• Use de-escalation and crisis management techniques when required to maintain safety.

Requirements

• MA state valid LPN or RN license.
• Qualifying criminal background check and a valid driver’s license.
• TB screening and physical upon hire; TB update every two years thereafter.
