Job summary

People Incorporated is seeking compassionate LPN and RN professionals to join our Residential Program in Taunton, MA, providing care in a 24-hour supported home environment. We offer part-time or full-time roles, per diem options, and a weekend warrior option with competitive hourly wages.

The LPN role requires MA state licensure and a commitment to respectful, rights-based care for medically involved individuals.

Qualifications

• MA state valid LPN or RN license.
• A qualifying criminal background check and a valid driver’s license are also required.
• TB screening and Physical is required upon hire and a TB update every two years after.

Responsibilities

• Distribute medication while maintaining human rights and supporting daily routines.
• Implement Positive Behavior Support and Individual programs as identified in ISP.
• Assist with activities of daily living, outings, meals, and family visitations, and help with de-escalation when needed.

RN Part/Full Time $43.50 / Hourly RN- Per Diem $40.00 / Hourly

LPN WEEKEND WARRIOR $42.25

Schedule: Sunday 9am-11pm, Friday 2pm-11pm

Our Residential Program is looking for compassionate LPN and RN professionals to work with medically involved individuals in a 24-hour supported home environment located in Taunton and surrounding communities. The LPN will provide premier services to the individuals in our care.

Responsibilities:

• On a daily basis, this position will provide a structured routine that includes but is not limited to house meetings, individual outings, meal preparation, ADL care, facilitate family visitations, and distribute medication while maintaining human rights at all times.


• This position will implement Positive Behavior Support and Individual programs as identified in the Individual Service Plans.


• At times, de-escalation and crisis management techniques may be required to maintain the safety of others.

Requirements:
