Responsibilities:

Every nurse plays a vital role in enriching the lives of residents by providing compassionate, detail-oriented care. Responsibilities include administering medication, conducting assessments, and engaging in meaningful interactions to embody person-centered care.

  • Deliver exceptional nursing care to ensure residents' physical and emotional well-being
  • Administer medications, perform wound care, and monitor vital signs
  • Use clinical knowledge to assess and monitor residents' health, especially highly acute needs
  • Conduct thorough health assessments, document changes, and communicate effectively with the healthcare team
  • Assist residents with daily tasks, fostering independence and providing support
  • Contribute to developing and implementing individualized care plans based on each resident's needs
Requirements:
  • Valid Indiana LPN license
  • Proficient in medication management
  • Ability to conduct assessments and document resident conditions accurately
  • Passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
