Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health in Murphy, NC seeks RNs and LPNs to deliver one-on-one in-home care for medically fragile children. Nurses assess, administer medications, and coordinate with families under physician orders to support safe, high-quality outcomes.

We offer flexible scheduling (full-time, part-time, PRN), day/night/weekend shifts, 24/7 support, paid training and continuing education, weekly pay, and a mission‑driven, supportive team culture that values HALOS.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN or LPN license (North Carolina).
• Pediatric or home health experience preferred.
• High-acuity skills experience (trach, vent, G-tube) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide skilled nursing care in a home health setting.
• Perform ongoing patient assessments and clinical evaluations.
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies.
• Deliver care in accordance with physician orders and plan of care.
• Coordinate care with families, providers, and care teams.
• Educate patients and family members to support improved outcomes.
• Implement preventive measures to ensure patient safety and quality care.
• Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition.

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on‑one, in‑home care for medically fragile children and young adults.

Qualifications

Required:

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (North Carolina)

Preferred

• Pediatric or home health experience
• Experience with high‑acuity skills (trach, vent, G‑tube)

• Full‑time, part‑time, and PRN opportunities
