Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health in Knightdale, NC is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one, in-home care for medically fragile children and young adults. Positions include full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities with flexible scheduling.

RN and LPN licenses in North Carolina required; pediatric or home health experience preferred. Competitive pay: LPN $28-$33/hr; RN $30-$35/hr.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (North Carolina)
• Pediatric or home health experience preferred
• Experience with high-acuity skills (trach, vent, G-tube) preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in a home health setting
• Perform ongoing patient assessments and clinical evaluations
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies
• Deliver care in accordance with physician orders and plan of care
• Coordinate care with families, providers, and care teams
• Educate patients and family members to support improved outcomes
• Implement preventive measures to ensure patient safety and quality care
• Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
