Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one, in-home care for medically fragile children and young adults in Concord, NC and surrounding areas. RNs and LPNs will perform skilled nursing duties with emphasis on family education and high-quality care in patients’ homes.

The role offers flexible scheduling including full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts, with days, nights, and weekends available.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN or LPN license in North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in a home health setting
• Perform ongoing patient assessments and clinical evaluations
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies
• Deliver care in accordance with physician orders and plan of care
• Coordinate care with families, providers, and care teams
• Educate patients and family members to support improved outcomes
• Implement preventive measures to ensure patient safety and quality care
• Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one, in-home care for medically fragile children and young adults.

Required:

Preferred

• Pediatric or home health experience
• Experience with high-acuity skills (trach, vent, G-tube)
