Job summary

Phoenix Home Care and Hospice is seeking dedicated registered nurses to provide compassionate one-on-one in-home nursing care across the Warrenton, Missouri area. You’ll administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and perform treatments in patients’ homes while educating families and coordinating with the clinical team.

We offer flexible scheduling with full-time and part-time opportunities, weekly pay, paid training, mileage reimbursement where applicable, and a supportive team focused

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license (or Compact license)
• Strong assessment and communication skills
• Compassionate, dependable, self-motivated
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one nursing care in patients' homes

• Monitor and document patient conditions
• Perform treatments as ordered by physician
