Job summary

Phoenix Home Care and Hospice is seeking caring, in-home nurses to provide one-on-one nursing care in patients' homes across Missouri. You’ll administer medications, monitor conditions, and support families, all while delivering compassionate, high-quality care.

We offer flexible scheduling, paid training, and ongoing clinical support. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available with mileage reimbursement where applicable.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois RN or LPN license (or Compact license).
• Strong assessment and communication skills.
• Compassionate, dependable character, and self-motivated spirit.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, one-on-one nursing care in the comfort of patients' homes.
• Administer and manage medications.
• Monitor and document patient conditions.
• Perform treatments as ordered by the physician.
• Educate, encourage, and support family members.
• Work alongside the Phoenix clinical team to provide exceptional care.
