Phoenix Home Care and Hospice in Missouri seeks LPNs and RNs to deliver compassionate, one-on-one pediatric and young adult home care. Your presence will be a lifeline for families, guiding care in the home setting.

We offer flexible full-time, part-time or PRN shifts, premium pay, and robust benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401K, plus dedicated training to ensure you feel prepared to meet each patient’s needs.

Qualifications

• Current and active LPN or RN license.
• Pediatric experience preferred, but not required – training provided.
