Job summary

New Lebanon Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in New Lebanon, Ohio, invites compassionate RNs and LPNs to join a resident-first team delivering high-quality care with dignity and respect.

As part of our nursing staff, you will administer medications, assess residents, and collaborate with physicians and therapists to develop individualized care plans, while supporting nursing assistants and ensuring accurate documentation in a compliant, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate nursing care to residents.
• Administer medications, treatments, and physician orders accurately.
• Assess residents, monitor changes in condition, and communicate updates promptly.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse leaders, therapists, and the inter-disciplinary team to develop individualized care plans.
• Provide guidance and support to nursing assistants to ensure excellent resident care.
• Respond to changes in resident conditions and medical emergencies.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families through compassionate communication.
• Maintain accurate documentation while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

What We're Looking For

• Current Ohio RN or LPN License in good standing.
• Long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing experience is preferred but not required.
