New Lebanon Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in New Lebanon, Ohio, is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide high-quality care with compassion and respect. Qualifications

• Nursing license in good standing (Ohio).
• Experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate nursing care to residents.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders accurately.
• Assess residents, monitor condition changes, and communicate updates promptly.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to develop care plans.
• Provide guidance to nursing assistants to ensure high-quality resident care.
• Respond effectively to changes in resident conditions and emergencies.
• Build relationships with residents and families through clear, compassionate communication.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and federal regulations.

What You'll Do

As an RN or LPN, you'll play a vital role in providing compassionate, high-quality nursing care while helping residents live with dignity, comfort, and respect.

Your responsibilities include:

What We’re Looking For

• Current Ohio RN or LPN License in good standing.

• Long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing experience is preferred but not required.
