Job summary

Crossroads Treatment Centers in Greensboro, NC is seeking an LPN or RN to join our outpatient MAT team. You will follow orders, dispense daily medications, and coordinate care with clinicians to ensure continuity of patient treatment.

Applicants should hold an active LPN/RN license in North Carolina (or multi-state compact) with 3+ years of nursing experience. CPR/BLS certification is preferred. We offer a stable schedule and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in North Carolina (or compact state) and in good standing.
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience preferred.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• Experience in substance use treatment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow policies to correctly identify patients and administer medication per provider orders.
• Dispense daily and take-home medications at the dosing window.
• Coordinate care with clinical staff for continuity of patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and ensure timely charting.
• Participate in nursing team meetings and cross-treatment case reviews.
• Engage with patients with empathy and a listening ear to support recovery.
