Job summary

Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a Dosing Nurse for its outpatient MAT clinic. The role involves identifying patients, administering medications per orders, dispensing daily and take-home meds, and coordinating care with clinical staff.

Qualified candidates hold an LPN/RN license with 3+ years of nursing experience, strong phlebotomy skills, and CPR/BLS certification. The schedule features early hours, a Saturday rotation, and a 37–40 hour workweek.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical or Registered Nurse license to practice in the state.
• 3+ years of nursing experience preferred.
• Strong phlebotomy skills; blood draws on collapsed veins a plus.
• Active and current CPR or BLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify patients and administer medication per provider orders.
• Dispense daily and take-home medication at dosing window.
• Coordinate care with clinical and medical staff for continuity of patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation including assessing for impairment.
• Ensure medication counts are accurate daily.
• Follow compliance policies around documentation practices.
• Participate in nursing team meetings and cross treatment meetings.
• Connect with patients with empathy and a listening ear.
