Job summary

Phoenix Home Care & Hospice seeks LPNs and RNs to deliver compassionate, one-on-one pediatric and young adult home nursing. You’ll provide skilled, patient-centered care in patients’ homes, building trusting relationships with families.

On-the-job training is provided. Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN shifts are available, with premium pay options for overnights and weekends, and a comprehensive benefits package to support caregivers.

Qualifications

• Licensed practical nurse (LPN) or registered nurse (RN) currently licensed and active.
• Pediatric care experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric and young adult patients in their homes.
• Deliver one-on-one, relationship-focused nursing care.
• Implement care plans and monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with families to ensure comfort and safety at home.
