Job summary

Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is seeking LPNs and RNs to deliver compassionate, one-on-one pediatric and young adult home care. You’ll make a meaningful difference by providing skilled nursing in patients’ homes, away from crowded units, with a focus on relationship-building and family support.

• Active LPN or RN license in good standing
