Job summary

Lions Gate is seeking a compassionate LPN or RN to provide resident-centered care. This full-time evening shift (3pm-11:30pm) offers a sign-on bonus and a supportive team focused on high-quality care for seniors.

Qualifications

• Current NJ LPN license or RN license.
• CPR/BLS, AED and First Aid certification.
• At least 1 year of nursing experience; long-term care or assisted living preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills; team player.
• Comfortable with electronic charting and basic computer skills.
• Able to meet physical demands; flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care aligned with residents’ care plans.
• Monitor, assess, and report changes in condition.
• Administer and document medications accurately (including narcotics).
• Respond confidently to emergencies and urgent situations.
• Ensure safety and infection control standards are maintained.
• Maintain complete, compliant documentation.
• Communicate clearly with residents, families, and team members.
• Participate in trainings, meetings, and ongoing education.
• Contribute to a positive, resident-focused team culture.
