Job summary

Century Care Management in Morehead City, NC is seeking an RN or LPN for the night shift (11pm–7am, Mon–Thu) to provide resident-focused nursing care.

Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, care planning, medication administration, wound care, and supervising CNAs while ensuring CMS compliance and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications include graduation from an LPN/ADN/BSN program and an active RN/LPN license in the state, with long-term care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LPN, ADN, or BSN program.
• Current, unrestricted LPN or RN license in state of practice.
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or geriatric nursing preferred.
• Knowledge of nursing processes, care planning, and clinical assessment.
• Ability to perform comprehensive resident assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Proficient in medication administration, wound care, IV therapy (where permitted), and complex clinical interventions.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience supervising CNAs and support staff.
• Familiarity with federal/state regulations governing long-term care facilities.
• Experience with quality improvement, infection control, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency with electronic health records and clinical documentation systems.
• Strong critical-thinking, problem-solving, and clinical decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with residents, families, physicians, and teams.
• Commitment to resident-centered care and dignity/safety.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities
