Job summary

People Incorporated is seeking an LPN Weekend Warrior to provide care and medication distribution on Saturdays and Sundays from 9am to 11pm, every other weekend. This role supports individuals in the community, implementing Positive Behavior Support and ISP-driven programs while maintaining safety and dignity.

The position requires an MA-licensed LPN (or RN) and a valid driver’s license, with a commitment to a rewarding environment and opportunities to grow within a respected human service

Qualifications

• MA state LPN license or RN license is required.

Responsibilities

• Distribute medication while maintaining human rights at all times.
• Implement Positive Behavior Support and Individual programs as identified in the ISPs.
• May require de-escalation and crisis management to maintain safety.

Responsibilities:

• On a daily basis, this position will provide a structured routine that includes but is not limited to house meetings, individual outings, meal preparation, ADL care, facilitate family visitations, and distribute medication while maintaining human rights at all times.
• This position will implement Positive Behavior Support and Individual programs as identified in the Individual Service Plans.
• At times, de-escalation and crisis management techniques may be required to maintain the safety of others.

Requirements:

• MA state valid LPN license or RN License
• A qualifying criminal background check and a valid driver’s license are also required.
• A TB screening and Physical is required upon hire and a TB update every two years after
