Job summary

Burke Health & Rehabilitation Center in Burke, Virginia is seeking an RN/LPN Charge Nurse to guide a dedicated caregiving team and deliver high-quality patient care. The Charge Nurse supervises CNAs and provides direct patient care in accordance with state, federal and MFA Nursing Policies and Procedures. This position also assists in the development/implementation of patient care plans, identifies patient goals/approaches, resolves patient/family concerns, and summarizes concerns for Clinical Unit Manager.
