Scioto Trails is seeking a full-time LPN for the night shift at our Chillicothe, Ohio campus. The role focuses on coordinating health services for individuals with developmental disabilities, supervising medication administration, and documenting treatments.
Qualifications include a current LPN license, HS diploma/GED, and a valid driver’s license. The position offers paid time off and a comprehensive benefits package, with shift differentials of $3/hour 8pm-12am and $6/hour 12am-8am.
We currently have 1 full-time night shift LPN position open on our Chillicothe, Ohio campus.
$3/hour shift differential during the hours of 8pm-midnight
$6/hour shift differential during the hours of midnight-8am

The nurse is responsible for coordination of all health and medical services provided to the individuals with developmental/intellectual disabilities. The primary areas of responsibility for this individual include: knowledge of pertinent policies and procedures, overseeing the administration of medications and medical treatments per physician order, communication with team members, physicians, and others as needed, and assuring proper documentation of medications and treatments administered. The nurse will assist in direct training, follow up, and coaching of team members, keeping the Program Department informed at all times. Finally, s/he is responsible to assist the Program Director/Administrator in maintaining consistency in the provision of supports and services to the individuals and in communicating with all team members.
Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma/GED, current LPN License, valid driver's license, personal liability insurance, and a good driving record.
