Sinai Post Acute Nursing & Rehab is seeking an LPN Risk Management Coordinator in Newark, NJ, to oversee risk management programs and monitor clinical operations for patient safety and quality of care.

The role requires an active NJ LPN license and 2–3 years of nursing experience, with leadership experience preferred. You will collaborate with physicians, IDT, and leadership to implement risk mitigation and ensure compliance across the facility.

Qualifications

• Active NJ LPN license required.
• Minimum 2–3 years of clinical nursing experience.
• Leadership experience in unit management preferred.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations.
• Ability to investigate incidents and perform root cause analysis.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with the IDT team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility risk management programs to ensure patient safety and care quality.
• Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and leadership as needed.
• Review incident reports and implement risk mitigation plans.
• Support safety audits, regulatory reviews, and compliance procedures.
• Maintain risk records and safety logs.
• Respond to patient, family, or guardian concerns.
• Monitor clinical risk data and environmental safety on rounds.
