Job summary

Circle the City in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide quality clinical services to patients at the East Valley Medical Respite Center. The RN collaborates with the care team to triage patients, prioritize care, coordinate day-to-day clinical operations, and implement treatments within regulatory standards.

Candidates must be licensed in Arizona, with IV therapy, phlebotomy and BLS certifications; outpatient clinic experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with Arizona RN license.
• IV therapy, phlebotomy and BLS certification.
• At least 1 year in outpatient clinic, urgent care, or ED preferred.
• Strong knowledge of nursing care, substance use and mental health issues.
• Proficient with EHR and clinical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality clinical services and triage patients promptly.
• Manage patient flow, intake, vitals, history and chief complaint.
• Support exams and minor procedures; administer immunizations and meds.
• Document all services in the EHR and coordinate referrals.
• Ensure safety, infection control, and consistent unit operations.
• Monitor inventory and assist Practice Manager with orders.
