Job summary

Klaton Consultants is seeking a Resource Nurse (LPN) to cover the Topeka, Kansas City, and Manhattan regions. You will work with Executive Directors and RCCs to complete tasks such as pharmacy reviews, risk watch, admissions, labs, and in-house physician visits. Reliability and travel between sites are required.

The position emphasizes coordination with medical and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient care across assisted living communities.

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and have reliable transportation.
• Experience in assisted living or long-term care preferred.
• Strong coordination and communication with directors and RCCs.

Responsibilities

• Support Executive Directors and RCCs with task completion.
• Oversee quarterly pharmacy reviews, labs, orders, and PCP notifications.
• Cover RCC duties during vacations or vacancies.

• Topeka
• Kansas City
• Manhattan

This person will work with the Executive Directors and RCCs (Resident Care Coordinator) to assist with task completion of items such as: quarterly pharmacy reviews, Risk Watch, admissions/re-admissions, labs (routine draw, review completion, and documented results, PCP notification and new orders, in-house physician visits/rounds, and order entry, and covering for the RCC when the RCC is on vacation, sick or if the position is vacant for a period of time. This person must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and have reliable transportation. We offer:
