Job summary
Klaton Consultants is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support Assisted Living communities across Topeka, Kansas City, and Manhattan. You will work with Executive Directors and RCCs to complete tasks such as quarterly pharmacy reviews, Risk Watch, and admissions management.

Qualifications
- Must hold an active LPN license.
- Must have reliable transportation to cover multiple communities.
Responsibilities
- Assist Executive Directors and RCCs with task completion, including quarterly pharmacy reviews and Risk Watch.
- Support admissions and re-admissions, monitor labs, and notify PCP of new orders and results.
- Coordinate in-house physician visits/rounds, order entry, and cover RCC when unavailable.

This person will cover the region of:
- Topeka
- Kansas City
- Manhattan
This person will work with the Executive Directors and RCCs (Resident Care Coordinator) to assist with task completion of items such as: quarterly pharmacy reviews, Risk Watch, admissions/re-admissions, labs (routine draw, review completion, and documented results, PCP notification and new orders, in-house physician visits/rounds, and order entry, and covering for the RCC when the RCC is on vacation, sick or if the position is vacant for a period of time.
This person must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and have reliable transportation.
