Qualifications

• Active Connecticut LPN license required.
• Non-exempt, hourly position.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical support under the direction of the Director of Nursing.
• Administer medications and treatments and document therapeutic effects.
• Take vital signs and monitor health conditions.
• Attend physician appointments when needed.
• Coach, guide and supervise DSP to ensure optimal health and safety.
