Schedule is 40 hours per week with evening shifts. The pay rate is $42.00/hr with a $3,000 sign-on bonus paid within the first 12 months of employment. Benefits and ongoing training are provided.

Qualifications

• Licensed LPN in Massachusetts with minimum of 1 year of experience.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct care to individuals in a residential setting.
• Monitors health status and performs health assessments on shift.
• Administers medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Completes written records and paperwork in a timely manner.
• Coordinates medical appointments and follows medical orders.
