You will collaborate with physicians, care teams, and families to support residents' physical, mental, and social well-being, while pursuing quality improvement and ongoing learning through seminars and staff meetings.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) (required).
• CPR certification required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide compassionate, dignified care.

Responsibilities

• Administers medications per physician orders with strict documentation and resident safety.
• Develops personalized service plans to support independence and dignity.
